The ideal candidates will be an experienced Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Engineer or Team Leader, with a background in manufacturing or production experience and an understanding of both mechanical and electrical maintenance. The Role Maintenance Manager Overseeing the reactive repairs, preventative maintenance and installation of plant equipment Lean and continuous improvements Help develop, train and grow a team within an expanding business. Office based hours, Monday to Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm The Person Maintenance Manager Experience overseeing preventative maintenance schedules Background working in manufacturing/ production/ heavy engineering (industrial, equipment, Ex Forces, FMCG, Offshore or similar).
