The position is based in the South of UK and can be a fully remote job.

What will you be doing?

 

  • You will drive Revenue, RGP & DWin Growth within the defined Vertical
  • You will define, socialize and action annual business plan for Vertical to drive corporate objectives
  • Build supplier/partner strategy
  • Identify opportunities for Engineering and Supply Chain Services
  • Provide FSR/FAE with the knowledge and tools to succeed
  • Develop and maintain C-Suite customer relationships
  • OEM/EMS Mapping and development planning
  • New Business Development
  • Identify new opportunities and Emerging technologies
  • Global pricing negotiations
  • Contract negotiation and maintenance.
  • Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships: Enhance manager relationships with key contacts by providing superior service and operation excellence.
  • Implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels (supplier, customer, vendor).
  • Attend reviews and meetings. Increase management presence at customer accounts in order to achieve access to decision makers and management
  • Profitable sales growth ROWC and EBIT
  • Responsible for budgeting and planning. Key leader in facilitating implementation of process improvement based on data.

 

What are we looking for?

 

 

  • Knowledge of and experience in Aerospace, Defence & Space Sectors
  • Able to build relationships up to C-Suite
  • Successful Sales track record
  • Present to Regional and UK Sales management team
