All sales take place through our eCommerce store www.ruroc.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global helmet industry.

We control our destiny; we manage everything end-to-end to deliver our promise to customers and fulfil the potential of the Ruroc brand. We are building world-class teams across the board and have invested in our own Ruroc Factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.

We are now looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team to manage our existing distributor account relationships and develop new ones. You will acquire a thorough understanding of key distributor needs and work closely with our development, marketing, finance, and logistics departments to ensure that these are met in an efficient and timely manner. This is a unique opportunity for someone to develop and grow in this role with direct interaction with the senior management team and you will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Nurture key relationships and retain top distributors.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that key distributors are satisfied with the services provided and that any issues or complaints are addressed and resolved appropriately.
  • Negotiate contracts with key distributors and meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each distributors long-term goals.
  • Liaise directly with the factory to ensure that stock requirements are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to report to the CEO on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Process purchase orders on NetSuite, our ERP system, daily.
  • Display management of in-real-life (IRL) stores.

Requirements

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Have previous experience in key account management or business development in a sales or customer service role.
  • Have experience in export sales or distribution (3PL / International carriers / Shipping) is advantageous.
  • Have an interest in moto sports or other outdoor pursuits (advantageous).
  • Are driven, ambitious and goals-orientated.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Are able to travel when required, both inside and outside of the UK.
