Fisker Inc. is seeking a strong IT Assistant Manager for an immediate need. This role requires deep technical and site(s) management knowledge to understand what and how Internal/External teams should leverage platform capabilities and services to accelerate service delivery, improve scalability, and enable interoperability across Fisker IT ecosystems.
Job Description

5+ years of experience with IT Helpdesk Management, Hardware Asset Management, Mobile enablement and Reports and Dashboards Management.

Hands-on with End Users and Asset Management Process and Best practices.

Management, work with FP&A on asset management.

Set up foundation data such as hardware model, entitlement data, asset classes.

Set up stock room and stock room rules, inventory management globally.

Configure dashboard for installed hardware and available hardware models.

Communicate product information: including roadmap, specifications, value proposition, asset training tools and competitive information to stakeholders.

Provide status updates to PMO for regular reporting cycles.

Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective solutions for the organization.

Manage product lifecycles: continually evaluate product performance and key customer insights to ensure new product needs are identified in advance to address needs before product obsolescence.

Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Qualifications Required

Minimum of 5-year HANDS-ON experience with Helpdesk, Infrastructure Networking Builds, ITIL, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management

Expert in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software)

Experience with project management methodologies, concepts and tools use of quality management systems, project management tracking systems (e.g., Service Now, Confluence, Jira, MS Project, etc.)

Good people skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation.

Demonstrated ability to adapt tactics and strategies to fast moving, rapidly evolving marketplace.

Demonstrate superior customer service.

Self-motivated, practice and possesses the ability to learn quickly.

Demonstrated project/lifecycle management experience in organizing, planning, and executing from conception through implementation.
-
Ability to lead and facilitate large working sessions with all levels of staff.
