HR Manager

​As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture, managing recruitment and retention, and implementing HR strategies which align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.


  • Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding of new employees.

  • Create and implement effective staff retention strategies.

  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance to managers and employees.

  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Manage the performance appraisal process.

  • Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity.



  • Proven experience in an HR role in a company of a similar size.

  • Associate or Chartered membership of the CIPD (or equivalent).

  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulation and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and confidence to work with various HR software platforms.

​An experienced candidate working towards Associate membership may be considered.

​A reference will be required.
