THE ROLE
With the 2023 season underway, we are looking for an Event Transmissions Technician to immediately join, to work alongside our team of highly skilled Technicians in our busy Transmissions Department.
Duties will include:

Working alongside our experienced Technicians rebuilding WRC specification transmissions, for both Ford Puma and Fiesta.

Servicing customer transmissions systems for 2017 WRC Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus WRC.

Creating post event reports to provide feedback to our engineering team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate should:

Be educated to a technical level

Have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.

Have a strong analytical approach and a meticulous attention to detail

Always offer a professional image at all times to clients, sponsors etc.

Previous motorsport experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage but not essential. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
