The Role:As a Retailer and Customer Service Advisor, you will join our client's wholesale market unit team in Raynesway, Derby. You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Your role will involve providing consistent and exceptional service to our retailers and customers. You will ensure positive customer outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and data management strategy. Your tasks may include voice and email communication with customers, requiring prompt and accurate responses.
What You'll Bring:We are looking for individuals with strong customer-focused mindsets, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Prior customer-focused experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is a plus, but not required. What's most important to us is your character, positivity, and caring attitude. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, so you should be comfortable resolving customer queries efficiently.
