TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team (TGR-WRT) is a unique high-performance development and competition oriented company based in Jyväskylä, Finland.
TGR-WRT is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation and is the home of TOYOTA’s World Rally Championship works team as well as the headquarters for TOYOTA’s customer motorsport rally operations.
The World Rally Team is operated by a dedicated team of 150 colleagues.
We are now looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to kick-start our Sales team in Jyväskylä Finland.
We are about to gather our very own sales team and we are looking for an experienced customer motorsport specialist with a strong mechanical understanding and previous experience from execution of sales processes. You would be representing TGR-WRT in all that you do and acting as a contact person for our customers. As the project is now starting you would have an amazing opportunity to take part in moulting the customer processes including; pricing, creating customer packages and customer documentations. In this role, your own as well as the project's growth is inevitable.
As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the commercial side of the customer motorsport project. You will handle and coordinate all aspects from product pricing and package creation to ensuring positive customer experience, hosting clients and creating events for potential customers.In this role, you would take part in creating vehicle brochures and commercial & technical bulletins as well as ensuring sales and report documentation. As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you would be working closely together with the PR team, ensuring smooth branding and marketing of the products.
