The Position:

 

We are currently seeking a Commercial Campaign Manager. Reporting to the Head of Partnership Development, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial outreach campaigns for targeted events, Grand Prix and sectors to help deliver the department's Objectives and Key Results for cold commercial outreach and develop and execute a strategy to achieve them. You will also plan, develop and implement effective outreach campaigns using digital platforms as well as analyse campaign impacts and manage all activity within CRM.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the OKRs for commercial events and Grand Prix and develop an outreach strategy to achieve them.
  • Develop and manage an annual critical path of events ensuring enough lead time for sufficient outreach.
  • Market analysis to identify opportunities in specific target sectors to multiple points of contact at the appropriate levels (CEO, CMO, Head of Sponsorship).
  • Maximise usage of current lead generation platforms to develop lists of targets.
  • Review and evaluate current lead generation platforms to ensure these are providing a positive ROI and provide corrective action if targets are not being achieved.
  • Ensure the correct volume of leads to ensure the response and acceptance rates can be achieved.
  • Developing structures to ensure outreach is tailored, appropriate and effective all in line with the Williams brand.
  • Manage the response process and arrangements for attendance.
  • Work with the events team to ensure correct capacity and management of costs and logistics.
  • Prepare campaign reports analysing achievements against campaign OKR’s.
  • Work with Commercial Insights Manager to ensure activity is recorded and managed in CRM.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Experience in constructing project databases and working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • End-to-end campaign management experience from content creation, delivery and implementation through to post-campaign analysis
  • Proven experience in setting and driving the lead generation process.
  • Strong analytical experience and an ability to understand key campaign metrics.
  • Experience of lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work in a small team with a can-do attitude.
  • Capable of representing the Team’s interests credibly and capably internally.
  • Event and budget management.
