Job Description
Red Bull Powertrains have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cell Block Production Operator to join our Cell Block Production team. In this role you will prepare and test battery cells to build batteries, demonstrating initiative and knowledge of battery testing methodologies.
Based on our Milton Keynes, Winterhill campus, this position will be supporting Red Bull Powertrains which is the latest company to be formed at our state-of-the-art campus. The purpose of this role is prepare and test battery cells to build batteries
Your day-to-day tasks as a Cell Block Production Operator will involve:
- Preparing cells and other components to build batteries
- Operating cell conditioning test equipment
- Maintaining, handling, and storing of cells in the correct manner as trained
- Operating cell preparation fixtures and tools

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and work to standards

Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company
To be successful in this Cell Block Production Operator role you will need:

Strong attention to detail & ability to follow documented procedures at all times

Good workspace housekeeping

Knowledge of battery cells is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided

Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving
