About the role:

We are recruiting for a Bodywork Assembly Engineer to join our growing team, you be part of a team that supports the manufacture and maintenance of number of road and race cars.  

As a Bodywork Assembly Engineer, it will be your job to:

Produce a number of component assemblies to support the manufacture and maintenance of number of road and race cars. Bodywork, headlights, door mechanisms all need to be assembled to the highest possible standards.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have great attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings
  • Show strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and problem solve
  • Have good hand dexterity and ability to use a wide range of tools
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously under pressure
  • Have the ability of meeting targets and work in a fast-paced industry
  • Be approachable & have a willingness to develop and learn
  • Demonstrate excellent team spirit and work ethic
  • Have a good Mechanical Engineering understanding and appreciation towards manufacturing practices
  • Show general good housekeeping ethic & abide to Health & Safety policies

A background in manufacturing/assembly is preferred, and any experience/competencies within the automotive industry and a genuine interest in Motorsport would be beneficial.
