Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently looking for an Aftersales Leader to join our team.
Main tasks
- Leading the aftersales team to make sure that the customers receive the support requested.
- Co-operation with the Capacity Planner in the department.
- Organizing & distributing the tasks within the Aftersales department.
- Monitor price developments of parts and report.
- Validation of the aftersales BOM.
- Monthly releasing of a report about the spare parts sales and highlighting the company profit and if the sales target is achieved.
- Prepare and oversee the monthly rotation with the CR Manager to ensure the optimum cover in the department.
- Responsibility on warranty reports, usage of promo plan vouchers, billing the documents & spare part delivery status.
- Engaging with customers to establish & maintain the correct communication level.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline or similar.
- Relevant work experience in the field of Customer Motorsport with strong customer orientation.
- You are a reliable team player with an excellent ability of working under pressure.
- You are capable to lead a team.
- An excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with a profound experience in SAP parts logistics & order handling.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Proficiency German (or willingness to learn).
