We are seeking a qualified Motorsports Sales & Technical Services Representative with a comprehensive understanding and passion for the high performing motorsports industry as well as strong mechanical aptitude.  This position will also be involved in drag races and building relationships with our racers. Other duties include the ability to travel to select races, events, and trade shows as well as the following below.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ProCharged racers at the track, via phone and email
  • Form relationships and help coach select outlaw racers featured on multiple popular TV shows 
  • Increase ProCharged car count at races by promoting the product to other racers and work to switch them from other forms of power adders
  • Assure sponsored racers are representing ProCharger well by wearing ProCharger apparel at events and have proper ProCharger branding on race vehicle
  • Review motorsports sponsorship proposals as part of the motorsports team
  • Assist the engineering and motorsports teams with product development and testing
  • Work directly with racers to assure more ProCharger race wins and championships
  • Educate engine builders on the benefits of ProCharger and increase the number of engine builders offering ProCharger as their power adder of choice
  • Build relationships with current and potential ProCharger Dealers
  • Field inbound sales and service calls from racers, dealers, and prospect customers regarding high horsepower applications
  • Communicate and negotiate with multiple sanctioning bodies regarding rules and events
  • Provide feedback from racers and race events to the engineering, motorsports marketing and sales teams

Other requirements that would be helpful but that are not required

  • Forced induction experience
  • Experience with precision assembly of products and/or components, preferably automotive or mechanical in nature
  • Familiar with being a part of or working directly with an engineering department or team
  • History of providing product technical support to dealers and/or end users 
  • Able to manage self and others
  • Personally raced or had heavy involvement with a motorsports team
  • Understanding of other forms of motorsports beyond drag racing
  • Experience attending motorsports events and working with racers and sanctioning bodies
  • Automotive street and/or race tuning experience
