Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician - Battery Systems within our Silverstone based team.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a demonstrated ability and will consider experienced and entry level applications.
The Role:
- Cell incoming inspection.
- Module assembly.
- Battery cooling system assembly.
- Build of electromechanical sub-assemblies.
- Install PCBs and electrical harnesses.
- Report any design or quality issues.
Candidate Profiles:
- Ability to follow work instructions for component assembly.
- Experience of battery module assembly.
- Good knowledge of HV battery and sub systems.
- Experienced with the assembly of complex electro/mechanical components and systems
- Experience working with electrical components, PCBs, and wiring looms
- Mechanical sub assembly
- Basic PC literacy (Word / Excel)
- Ideally, experience of Permit to work / Live Working procedures.
