We are an expanding Classic car restoration company based In Doncaster. We are looking to recruit a special individual to join our team and take our mechanical department to the next level.
We offer the full restoration and repair service to our customers and have an in-house Paint and Body shop, Fabrication shop, Upholstery department as well our well equipped mechanical shop. The volume of work we continue to generate based on our growing reputation means that we now have a requirement for a chief mechanic to join our management team and take the business to another level. You will be responsible for the mechanical department to ensure it delivers the quality of work we require in a professional and efficient manner. We work on a massive variety of vehicles so you need be resourceful, tenacious and creative. It will be your department and you will be given support to impose your way of working and develop any additional services that you feel will add value to our current offering. Our objective is to offer main dealer levels of professionalism but with a small business friendly feel. An example of this is that our customers have a portal where the pictures of work being done are taken and uploaded daily so they can monitor progress. In addition, the technicians write up the work done daily on a tablet so the customers get a detailed invoice for clarity and provenance of the car.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, but because of the importance of this post we will pay to get the right person that fits with our aims and objectives.
