We are looking for our workshop in Belgium, a workshop manager – Engineer. Being a private structure, this job is very varied. We are looking for someone to lead the team at our workshop but also at competitions and test days as well or at our second French workshop (South of France, Circuit of Var).
We are looking for someone who is able to be multi-skilled.
Work on WRCs, historic cars, circuits
YOUR MISSION
- Car exploitation in the race
- Team management
- Technical follow-up of all cars leaving the workshop, checking if the work requested by the customer is well done, and that the car is in good condition to function.
- Follow up of all sets up cars, and geometry performed with the mechanics
- Preparation of work to be done on car before and after the race
- Engine department follow-up – Engine mapping – Motor park management
- Right hand of the manager, you are in the heart of decisions. (Business exploitation and decision support)
- Engine management adaptation – gearbox on new car
- Follow-up construction car VHC Rally and Circuit
