Renault Sport Racing have an opportunity to join our team at a tremendously exciting time in our history within Formula 1. As a Toolroom Setter, you will be a part of the Machining division working with state of the art equipment contributing significantly to Renault Sport’s success on the track. You will be a part of a close knit and excellent team, where teamwork is paramount.
Toolroom Setter – The Role
You will be responsible for building tool assemblies and cutting raw material (metals) to predefined dimensions for the mills and lathes in the machine shop. This will also involve inspecting returning cutters and tools where damage occurs and to order replacements. You will be working to tight deadlines working to the highest quality working in partnership with your team to ensure the best possible result.
Toolroom Setter – The Person
The ideal candidate will have come from a machining background and be familiar with tool assemblies. You will need a high attention to detail and be willing to fully support our machinists in delivering excellence.
