We are looking for innovative and passionate individuals to join us on our 2020 Engineering Work Experience Programme.

McLaren Racing has a longstanding heritage tracing back to founder Bruce McLaren in 1963 and take great pride in our legacy. We strive for the fearless pursuit of better and to succeed in Formula 1.

During your work experience week, you will be exposed to a variety of areas within our Manufacturing department.You'll will gain an insight into what it means to work for a Formula 1 team and experience the manufacturing processes involved in making the essential parts used for our race cars. This will include time in Rapid Prototyping (3D printing), Composite Laminating, Composite Assembly, Paint Shop, Gearbox and Non-Destructive Testing.
