Wire Harness Builder (Automotive)

MARTIN is offering opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced Wire Harness Assembly Technicians wanting to collaborate with Team Members to provide world-class products and services.

Scope of Responsibilities include:

  • Wiring harness assembly using hand tools & proper assembly techniques
  • Follow work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses)
  • Work in small teams to complete daily build requirements
  • Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies
  • Quality validation of wire harness assemblies
  • Tear down and/or rework of donor harnesses
  • Effectively communicate with cross functional teams
  • Maintain clean, organized work space

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ (minimum preferred) experience in wire harness assembly
  • Experience in properly crimping, soldering, de-pinning
  • Read and interpret wiring prints and cut sheets
  • Accurate measurement skills
  • Experienced in use of multimeter
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Flexibility to cross train for expanded opportunities
