The Role
In this new role, you’ll be part of our dynamic Production Team. Your focus will be our projects for Porsche. You will work with the team to prepare film ideas to present to both existing and new clients within a fast-paced environment. You will manage projects from brief, through creative development, pre-production, shoot and post-production stages. You will take pride in giving the client the best possible experience.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Head of Production and wider team to produce the highest quality video and web content.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery.
- Liaise with clients to establish a brief and timeline for a project.
- Have the confidence to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
- Run the pre-production process and work with the Director throughout.
- Team up with the Production Assistants to arrange shoot logistics.
- Create filming and production schedules.
- Research, source and book talent, locations and props.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws.
- Attend shoots to lead confidently and ensure we meet schedules.
- Manage client feedback and changes to their film with the Post-Production Manager.
- Own the budget, monitor hours, reconcile and bill the client accordingly.
- Run client reports for all of your accounts.
- Assist with pitching to existing and new clients.
- Contact current clients to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure you give exceptional client service.
The Person. Is it you we’re looking for?
- A passion for automotive and motorsport.
- German-speaking would be highly advantageous.
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar production role.
- An understanding of how to creatively craft a film and tell a compelling story.
- Experience in working across a variety of different projects simultaneously.
- Good financial understanding/business awareness.
- Be able to drive and have your own car.
- Live within a 60-minute commute of SG15 6XP.
