We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Services Program Manager to join the MARTIN team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support internal and customer deliverables:
- Develop, organize, and manage vehicle services projects including, but not limited to:
- Recall Campaigns
- Vehicle Port Services
- Accessory Installation
- Ride Share Vehicle Services
- Yard Holds
- End of Line Light & Heavy Repair
- Determination and communication of project requirements to cross functional program teams comprised of executive leadership, engineers, supplier, and quality control
- Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality teams to determine create and refine work instructions, tool and supply requirements, personnel requirements
- Escalate need for root cause and implementation of corrective actions of functional / quality issues that could result in warranty repair and/or recall issues
- Maintain and update program / team policy and procedures
- Remain abreast of new technology
- Program budget and finance management including reconciliation
- Program growth
- Develop new business opportunities
