Our Sales and Marketing department is the link our customers. They keep their finger on the pulse in a world of rapid change, listening to, interpreting and ensuring the voice of the customer is clearly heard within Bentley.
By joining the UK Regional Marketing Team you will be involved in process improvements, taking on responsibilities such as managing a £2m Bentley fleet, setting up and hosting events, and helping develop UK marketing strategies and campaigns. All of these responsibilities are designed to give you real-world experience, develop your personal skills and allow you to make a tangible difference to our business.

The competition is fierce and so are our expectations, so you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a related subject. You’ll need to be passionate, proactive and thrive on problem solving. Have a positive ‘right first time’ attitude and a keen eye for detail. You’ll also need to be well organised and well motivated.

Working with the support of your Manager, you will also be actively contributing to live business projects; leading initiatives in the local community that support our commitment to CSR; continuing professional development towards industry qualifications and developing your network of fellow Undergraduates and colleagues across both Bentley and the wider VW Group with brands such as Porsche and Bugatti.

Bentley is in one of the best locations in the UK for transport. Crewe is a main hub for trains from running up and down the country; you can travel to London in an hour and 40 minute. It’s close to the big cities of the North-West too – Liverpool and Manchester which are both just 30 minutes away by train.
