We are looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our composite fitting department to deliver the trimming/fitting of structural carbon components, mainly for Formula 1 and Satellite customers. Components are pre-preg material, vacuum bagged, and autoclave cured.
Reporting into and supporting the Operations Manager in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards including delivering a hands-on application of skills.

- Demonstrate a solid background and experience in a composite manufacturing environment, recognising and understanding competencies required to succeed to support the business strategic goals
- Broad and proven knowledge and application within own field of expertise
- Possess high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience of problem solving
- To ensure components & moulds are trimmed and fitted in a timely manner, to excellent quality standards whilst executing to the production planning process
- Excellent understanding and interpretation of complex technical drawings
- Experience in preparation and application of composite repairs
- Ability to provide knowledge and experience supporting the Quality Management System, including the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
