Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Design Engineer to join the Transmission Design Group at Red Bull Technology.
You will be expected to work closely with the Head of Transmission on design projects, take ownership and follow them through to successful conclusions.
You will be confident in communicating your ideas and design work to groups and individuals at all levels within the Company. Ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and you will find satisfaction in challenging design projects often working to tight deadlines.
You will be involved in all areas of Transmission Component Design.
To fulfil this interesting and challenging position you will need:
- Relevant experience.
- Good communication and people skills.
- An organised and methodical approach to your work
- A understanding mechanical engineering, material technology, design requirements.
- Relevant skills in 3D CAD, modelling and detailing.
- To be comfortable working to a high standard of technical documentation creation
- To be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
