MINI CHALLENGE are looking for a Trainee Parts Manager to join our team.
Summary of key skills:
- Essential to have a Drivers License or means of Transport
- Essential to have experience using Computers including Word, Excel, Google Mail
- Essential to have experience using an Accounting Software e.g. Xero
- Not Essential but experience with a Stock System e.g. Vend
- Not Essential but experience with a CRM system e.g. Salesforce would be adventitious
Summary of key responsibilities:
- Managing relations with Clients, Suppliers and Sponsors for the MINI CHALLENGE Race Series
- Monitoring stock, ordering stock, identifying parts and supplying and locating Parts
- Taking Parts orders from Customers – Invoicing and supplying the parts
- Administration tasks including; Stock Inventory, Booking Deliveries, Taking Payments and updating Price Lists
- Prepare for Events including ensuring Stock is up to date and loading vehicle
- Attending Race Meetings in the UK to assist with Parts Sales – up to c14 weekends a year
- Other tasks as directed by the Management and/or Partners
