Trainee Parts Manager

MINI CHALLENGE are looking for a Trainee Parts Manager to join our team.

 

Summary of key skills:

  1. Essential to have a Drivers License or means of Transport
  2. Essential to have experience using Computers including Word, Excel, Google Mail
  3. Essential to have experience using an Accounting Software e.g. Xero
  4. Not Essential but experience with a Stock System e.g. Vend
  5. Not Essential but experience with a CRM system e.g. Salesforce would be adventitious

 

Summary of key responsibilities:

  1. Managing relations with Clients, Suppliers and Sponsors for the MINI CHALLENGE Race Series
  2. Monitoring stock, ordering stock, identifying parts and supplying and locating Parts
  3. Taking Parts orders from Customers – Invoicing and supplying the parts
  4. Administration tasks including; Stock Inventory, Booking Deliveries, Taking Payments and updating Price Lists
  5. Prepare for Events including ensuring Stock is up to date and loading vehicle
  6. Attending Race Meetings in the UK to assist with Parts Sales – up to c14 weekends a year
  7. Other tasks as directed by the Management and/or Partners
