Track Official

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all 3RK visitors and customers
  • Promptly answer phones in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers with questions and/or concerns both in person and over the phone
  • Sell and upsell race packages
  • Assist customers with sign-in
  • Manage all facility purchases, including races, merchandise, and concessions
  • Coordinate and schedule races precisely and efficiently
  • Assist customers with entering, exiting, and operating the karts
  • Manage races precisely, on time, and safely
  • Monitor and manage the action on the track to ensure racer safety
  • Maintain track, front desk, and facility cleanliness at all times
  • Keep merchandise and concessions organized and stocked at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High energy and fantastic customer service skills
  • Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred
  • Cash handling experience preferred
