Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our pricing and specials.
- Maintain the track, pits and race environment ensuring a fun and safe time.
- Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist the customer with purchases.
- Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
- Maintain our facility cleanliness as per our standards.
- Ensuring track safety and compliance to racing rules and regulations.
- Assisting on the Track with monitoring races & working directly with the public.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and mitigating any issues.
