Track Official

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our pricing and specials.
  • Maintain the track, pits and race environment ensuring a fun and safe time.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist the customer with purchases.
  • Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
  • Maintain our facility cleanliness as per our standards.
  • Ensuring track safety and compliance to racing rules and regulations.
  • Assisting on the Track with monitoring races & working directly with the public.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and mitigating any issues.
