Track Hire Coordinator

We're looking for an energetic and hard working Track Hire Co-ordinator to join our Track Hire sales team based at Brands Hatch motor racing circuit in Kent. 

You will assist in the planning and organisation of the varied bespoke events held across the MSV Group of circuits: Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton, Cadwell Park, Bedford Autodrome and Brands Hatch itself. These events will include vehicle launches, product demonstration and training, media and PR activities and filming. Working alongside external event agencies and MSV in-house departments, you will have a key role in the planning and preparation of a diverse range of exciting events, along with responsibility for collating and checking health and safety, insurance and operating procedure documentation.

To be successful in the role a broad base of skills is required. You must possess excellent written and spoken English, have experience of working within a fast-paced department with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, and be able to work both under your own initiative and as part of the wider team. You must be comfortable dealing with a significant amount of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation at all times. This requires good organisational ability and a strong attention to detail. 

You'll have strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills and be confident in communicating with clients both face to face and over the telephone.

Previous experience within the automotive, motorsport or events industry would be highly advantageous, but this is not essential.  A health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH or equivalent would also be beneficial.
