Track Hire Co-ordinator

Job Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an energetic, bright and hard working individual to join the Track Hire sales team at Brands Hatch motor racing circuit as Track Hire Co-ordinator.

The Track Hire Co-ordinator will assist in the planning and organisation of the varied bespoke events held across the MSV Group of circuits, including vehicle launches, product demonstration and training, media and PR activities and filming. Working alongside external event agencies and MSV in-house departments, the Track Hire Co-ordinator will play a key role in the planning and preparation of a diverse range of exciting events. The Track Hire Co-ordinator will also be responsible for collating and checking health and safety, insurance and operating procedure documentation.

Working as part of the Track Hire sales team, the role will be varied necessitating a broad base of skills. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and possess excellent written and spoken English skills. They will be experienced at working within a fast-paced department with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. They will be comfortable dealing with a significant amount of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation at all times. A health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH or equivalent would also be advantageous.

They will be highly organised, demonstrate strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills and be confident in communicating with clients both face to face and over the telephone. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to demonstrate that they can work under their own initiative as well as part of a team and possess excellent attention to detail. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience within the automotive, motorsport or events industry but this is not essential
