Ticket Sales Representative - Seasonal

Summary:

Watkins Glen International (WGI) is currently searching for an enthusiastic individual to join the best team in motorsports, as a Ticket Sales Representative. This position will provide support to the Ticketing Department by maintaining existing consumer accounts and cultivating growth in key segments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with outbound ticket sales campaigns
• Create and serve as point of contact for special ticket offers
• Support inbound ticketing inquiries
• Assist with customer questions, concerns, and ticket orders
• Provide Ticket Office support during event weekends
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of college education preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Professional presentation and able to work with the public
• Ability to work weekends
