Ticket Coordinator

This new position provides extraordinary customer service while interacting with our fans and promoters at events. This road warrior isn’t afraid to roll up the sleeves and solve problems, answer fan questions and be a key element of the Greatest Show on Dirt.

Duties:

  • Travel to events and provide on-site ticketing support
  • Serve as a primary inbound representative for ticket buyers; sell tickets, answer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor emails to the ticket mailbox and respond as necessary
  • Fulfill ticket orders to be mailed as necessary
  • When necessary, coordinate with ticket vendor to address issues and improve processes
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert
  • As necessary, work with promoters and ticket software vendor to prepare events for sale and/or edit events
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • At least two years of previous experience customer service experience; ticketing experience preferred
  • Able to learn short-track dirt motorsports
  • Good written and verbal communication skills require
  • High school or equivalency degree required; college-level management or business course exposure preferred
  • High sense of ownership and personal accountability required
  • Proven record of dependability and integrity
  • History of and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Able to maintain positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations

Notes:

  • Full-time
  • This position is based in Concord, NC
  • 25-95% average overnight monthly travel during the racing season (February – November)
  • The ability to enter/exit Canada helpful
