Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Services Manager to support our activities within the Infrastructure and Facilities team.  In this role you will form part of the technical team shift rota to support the operation of the Campus Facilities, overseeing electrical, mechanical and building fabric maintenance across the campus. Determining appropriate responses to plant maintenance, maintaining a maximised uptime, through planned, reactive and small works. Responding to breakdowns, power failures etc. and diagnosing faults, or escalating appropriately, including through our supply chain.

You will need to thrive in busy dynamic environments, and bring with you knowledge of industry best practices ensuring the factory standards are upheld to the highest level.

In this Technical Services Manager role you will oversee all electrical, mechanical and building maintenance activities within the Red Bull Technology Campus to ensure adherence to all technical and corporate standards. 

To be considered for this Technical Services Manager role you will need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands on approach to facilities maintenance
  • Able to co-ordinate and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work with others
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and/ or electrical plant
  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification
  • Have previous experience working in a high tech, high pressure environment
  • Health and Safety knowledge, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
  • Member of or working towards membership of a professional body, e.g. Engineering council, BIFM, RICS
