Task(s):
- Achieve production indicators (quantity, quality) in the area; increasing efficiency; reduce in-process and finished product losses
- Test machine capability / process capability
- Arrange material and product tests – preparation, machine and material request, test, analysis, report
- Failure analysis and troubleshooting in production processes
- Implement global standards, (Bridgestone TCE standards)
- Prepare and supervise local product specification and related standards
- Regular reporting towards management – processes, results, changes, standardization
- Keeping contact with Technical Center
- Daily cooperation with local departments (production, quality, maintenance)
- Provide support to technical improvement issues
Requirement(s):
- Mechanical/Chemical Engineer degree
- Knowledge of problem solving tools (e.g 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, DMAIC)
- Analitical mindset
- Team player, cooperative, initiative
- Presentation skill (Hungarian, English)
- Active, good English knowledge (verbal, written)
Advantage:
- Understanding of automotive industry quality system requirements / tools
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards (ISO TS, VDA)
- CAD software knowledge
