Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Mechanical related engineering system development of inverter, DC-DC, Motor, HCU or integrated device for EV or HEV
2. Leading and managing of all project related system AND sub¬system work in mechanical area
3. Responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and risk management of the projects within the mechanical engineering scope
4. Responsible for interfacing with the PM, STPL (System Technical Project Leader), customer, supplier, other disciplines (Hardware, Motor design etc) and any other relevant stakeholder for the projects
5. Responsible for compliance with Continental engineering development processes
6. Responsible for mechanical engineering related requirements analysis, technical estimations and technical problem solving
7. Identify opportunities to improve technical solutions, processes or tools
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Master (5 Years working experience or above) or Bachelor (8 Years working experience or above) in the field of mechanical related field
2. 3 or more Years working experience in vehicle industry (recently)
3. Independent working experiences for mechanical related projects
4. Proven excellent communication skills (Chinese and English)
5. Excellent team skills
6. Demonstrates strong project management skills
7. Proven excellent technical track record
8. Good understanding of vehicle engineering development processes and quality requirements
