Principal responsibilities
- Follow company processes and business needs
- Feedback and address Development and Production schedules and deadlines
- Raise Purchase Orders for Development and Production stock
- Work closely with Development, Production & Manufacturing teams
- Support with Production Planning
- Support with Bills of Materials creation
- Regular close liaison with key suppliers
- Manage stock levels with continual inventory checks
- Adhere to Build & Compliance documentation
- Monitor & assist with Goods In Quality Assurance processes
- Raise and investigate quality and performance concerns
- Clear & accurate communications across all departments
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Experience and Competencies Required
- Automotive &/or Motorsport experience
- Experienced in niche Production/Assembly environments
- Strong engineering and technical knowledge
- Ability to negotiate
- Attention to detail
- Passionate and enthusiastic about GTO products
- Good at problem solving
- Ability to work in a timely manner and succeed

Additional Details
- Hours of work: 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Location: GTO House, Floral Mile, Hare Hatch, Reading, RG10 9ES
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
