Technical Author

First introduced in 2014 our product knowledgebase has grown to over 3,000 online pages with more than 20,000 customer visits each month. Built using the NICE CXone Expert platform our customer support site is the first port of call for customers and staff when they want to know how to get the best from their Racelogic products.

As a core part of our Customer Experience the primary goal for this knowledgebase is to increase our customers product knowledge, improving their user experience whilst reducing the volume of inbound calls and e-mails to our support technicians.

This role is at the centre of this goal with the creation of new interactive and informative content on the site as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing content.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating user manuals, help text or learning content that turns technically complex solutions into something that our customers will be able to understand and follow, particularly those customers for whom English isn't their first language. An interest in the automotive or motorsport industries would also be an advantage as these are key markets for us.

In return you will get to work with a young, dynamic team committed to innovation and creating the very best solutions to our customer needs. All the usual Racelogic benefits apply to this role with a generous salary package, profit related bonus, enhanced pension scheme, private healthcare and flexible working hours.

Although this role would be covered by our remote working contract you will be required to come into the office from time to time, particularly during the induction period, to collaborate with our product managers and applications team. This means that you should live with a reasonable commuting distance of Buckingham.
