This role has responsibility and management for all Taxes and the returns made. Ensuring compliance is a key element of the role. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant on all aspects of Tax for all business sections in Red Bull Technology, Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Powertrains.
Job Description
- To prepare, check and manage all Tax matters for Red Bull Technology Ltd, Red Bull Racing Limited and Red Bull Powertrains Limited.
- Review all significant Tax matters on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
- Manage Corporation tax – prepare, check and manage monthly tax reports, full year revised forecasting reports and annual corporation tax returns. Including specialist areas for our business R&D Expenditure credit and Transfer Pricing.
- Management of the Business Risk Review process and associated review of applicable payroll taxes & levies.
- Manage Withholding Taxes.
- Manage VAT – prepare, check and manage the monthly VAT return.
- Lead Customs compliance and associated business support.
- Senior Accounting Officer compliance management.
- Manage Tax Software systems.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified (CTA) tax senior who is able to communicate tax effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders. You will be expected to work without the need for constant supervision and to show initiative. You will be expected to work with all in the Finance team, Operations teams where necessary and able to present to senior management as required.
The strongest candidates will pay attention to detail, have a strong general tax knowledge and be advanced users of software such as MS Excel, SAP and AlphaTax. We are looking for candidates who are flexible team workers, share the teams can do work ethic and respond proactively and positively to the demands of the team.
