System Engineer

As an individual contributor in the Electrification Center of Excellence (eCOE) and responding to the System Engineering Manager, the e-COE System Engineer drives the following activities :

1. Develop, manage and ensure adherence to our high speed motor and controller specifications (HW and SW)

2. Respecting tools and methodology standards, deploy technical specifications, FMEAs and test plans to sub-system and if necessary component level; Ensure adherence of electric motor and controller developments to technical requirements and test plans.

The scope typically includes one turbomachinery product, a lead customer and one or two follow-on customers/applications

3. Endorse customer & partner single point of contact responsibility for technical items; Build robust and trustful interaction with their electrification specialists; Ensure technical Cross functional alignment.
