System Designer Mechanics f/m

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and conceptualization of mechanical components for high-performance test bed systems
  • Responsible for the overall mechanical system according to customer requirements
  • Continuous development of standards in line with market requirements
  • Development of quotations, layouts and interface descriptions
  • Drawing up specifications for mechanical components and conditioning systems
  • Involving and managing suppliers together with Purchasing
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of acceptance tests
  • Quality assurance measures for continuous development and improvement of our products

Your Profile:

  • Mechanical or automotive engineering graduate of a university of technology or university of applied sciences
  • Solid basic engineering and theoretical knowledge (with special focus on dynamics and vibrations, welding, mechanical processing, hydraulics)
  • 5 years professional experience, ideally in ares with mechanical/dynamic systems
  • Familiar with 3D-CAD, FEM calculation, mechanical simulation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Presentation technique know-how
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Coordination skills
  • Good spoken and written command of English
  • Readiness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 42.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
