Alpine F1 Team has an exciting new opportunity for a Sustainability, Health and Safety Lead. The successful candidate will become our subject matter expert on all environmental and sustainability topics at our facility at Enstone, Oxfordshire.
Sustainability, Health and Safety Lead – The Role
This vital position will be central to managing the delivery of all Alpine F1 Team’s environmental obligations (legislation, regulation, compliance with group and local policies). Specific objectives will include delivery of ISO 14001 certification and FIA 3-star accreditation in appropriate timescales. You will liaise with external bodies and internal stakeholders across all functions, to define requirements, negotiate plans of action, and to monitor delivery. You will lead organisational and procedural change for all sustainability workstreams through the development and delivery of appropriate and proportionate policies and procedures. You will develop processes to monitor compliance, working with all departments to define audits and KPI’s, manage and animate delivery of these processes, and report internally (local and within Renault Group) and externally (external comms, statutory and regulatory reporting).

Sustainability, Health and Safety Lead – The Person
The successful candidate will be degree educated and/or chartered in an EHS subject, with workplace experience in sustainability development and implementation. They will have a good knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001, with demonstrated track-record of delivery to strict timelines.
Experience of manufacturing low-volume high-tech or motorsport products would be an advantage.
