- Manage and enhance the tools to monitor the life of the Power Unit, maximising World Championship points and completing our goal of “zero race weekend failures”
- Create Power Unit strategies and solutions for deployment across the season, quantifying the potential PU lifecycle
- Provide software solutions required by trackside engineering and the dyno test engineers to monitor engine operational limits and quickly diagnose live issues through data driven software
- Offer the analysis and expertise to effectively deploy critical engine metrics that define Power Unit life, analysing potential performance alternatives and understand their effect on Power Unit demand across the season
- Provide live strategic support of our Power Units at tests and races through our Track Support Office
- Design solutions and engineering tools through expertise, to analyse competitor performance to gain critical advantage

- Degree with 2:1 classification or above in a relevant engineering subject (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics)
- A post graduate qualification in a relevant engineering subject (Masters, PhD)
