MARTIN is currently in seeking a Special Vehicle Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support internal and customer deliverables
- Oversight, development, and expansion of Specialty and OEM Vehicle build programs including, but not limited to:
- Prototype Vehicle Builds
- Custom Specialty Vehicles
- Wiring Assembly (Harness Build)
- On and Off Road Vehicle Assembly
- Accessory Installation
- End of Line Light & Heavy Repair
- Quality Spills
- Rework
- Custom Vehicle Restorations
- Marketing Events (i.e. Ride & Drive)
- Validate project requirements with teams comprised of executive leadership, engineers, supplier, and quality control
- Oversee coordination of internal and external manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality teams to create and refine work instructions, tool & supply requirements, and personnel requirements
- Approve development and update of program policies and procedures
- Remain abreast of new technology; team training and lead in implementation as appropriate
- Assist Program Leaders with strategies for and execution of program growth
- Develop and win new business
SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Automotive OEM and Tier coordination (5+ Years Experience)
- Strong Mechanical Skills (5+ Years Experience)
