Main tasks
- Working in close cooperation with Product Engineering (Electronics) to develop system
- Specifying, Developing control system tests, including validation tests on various platforms (Software Simulator, Engine Dyno, Test Car and or Race Car)
- Documenting specifications and procedures
- Managing applications for high performance power unit , electronic systems (ECU´s, Calibration Tools)
- Involved in Power Box design (hardware and software)
- Hardware Schematic Review of systems (In cooperation with electronics engineers)
- Provide design, development and debug support for integrating individual functions into the control unit
- Validation of production processes for software and calibration
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Previous experience in similar role within Motorsport, Aerospace or Automotive industry
- Knowledge of Embedded ECU
- Understanding of ICE engine, operation and control
- Matlab & Simulink, Win River, @source
- Calibration tools and data analysis such as Sysma, CAN analyzer, Wintax
- Automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)
