NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Software Engineer based in our Daytona office.
The Software Engineer is responsible for full lifecycle application development.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications
Design, code and debug applications in Visual Studio using C# .NET (WPF/ASP.NET)
Design and develop databases in Microsoft SQL Server
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Provide second tear technical support to software development and project team members, this will include time outside of normal business hours and weekends
Support, maintain, and document software functionality
Implement localization or globalization of software
Support and/or installation of software applications/operating systems
Implement localization or globalization of software
Responsible for the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software
Manage 3rd party and outside vendors to help build and integrate software in the NASCAR ecosystem
Project planning and management
Travel: 5% including weekends
