YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within this role you will be responsible for all aspects of full customer support, focusing on after-sales support as well as repairs and testing of elecronics.
- Independent troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies
- Receive call and emails and answer technical request (troubleshooting)
- Commissioning and troubleshooting at the location and at our customers site
- Occasionally conducting technical trainings to ours products and systems for our customer
- Occasionally performing hardware and software tests
- Report major technical issue to the headquarters
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed university studies or completed trainee program e.g. in communications engineering, media technology, radio- or broadcasting technology etc. or relevant job experience in the area of broadcasting/ technical fields
- Knowledge in analogue and digital audio and video technology as well as knowledge of ethernet-based networks would be a plus as well as experience with testing new hardware and software
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams
- Experience in systematic troubleshooting and very good soldering skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Japanese fluency is a must, very good English spoken and written, other languages are an advantage (e.g. German)
- Willingness to travel, mainly Japan/Asia
- Valid driver's license (valid in Japan)
