Series Director (WoO Late Models)

Duties:
* Manage assigned series including and not limited to: hiring, training, coaching, managing staff; scheduling events and activities; meeting/reducing expenses in accordance with budgets; ensuring an entertaining and competitive race event (such as quality/quantity of competitors, track prep, fair and consistent officiating, safe fan experience); ensuring control and accuracy of company assets; maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company practices in areas such as OSHA, EPA, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, etc.
* Serve as the series and World of Outlaws ambassador in the community
* Manage on-site fulfillment of marketing assets
* Develop, foster and manage the World of Outlaws relationship with current and future sanctioned tracks and competitors
* Address and resolve complaints from fans, competitors and the community
* Perform hands-on activities when needed to ensure evetn operation and facility management
* Apply creative thinking and problem solving skills to address issues without increasing costs
* Other duties as needed

Skills/Experience:
* At least five years of previous experience operating and promoting a motorsports series/facility
* Knowledge of and previous experience in short-track dirt motorsports preferred
* Previous budget management experience required
* Previous sales and/or sponsorship experience preferred
* High sense of ownership and personal accountability required
* Sense of initiative necessary
* Able to maintain a positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations
* Proven record of dependability and integrity
* Valid driver's license necessary; CDL preferred
