Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, highly organized SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team based in Manhattan Beach, CA. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drives more organic traffic and quality leads through our channels. The ideal candidate is a master at keeping up with the ever-changing pace of SEO and the digital marketing industry. You must possess exceptional content marketing knowledge, and deep analytical skills. This is a key role for building out an advanced organic digital footprint for Fisker.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop SEO initiatives for our brands and global markets
  • Day-to-day execution of organic SEO campaigns including keyword research, content gap recommendations, strategic optimization of existing content, competitor analysis and site improvements
  • Manage SEO campaigns including writing meta content, supervising SEO friendly page construction, creating SEO friendly content, creating target keyword lists, improving site URL structure, improving link architecture, etc.
  • Monitor trends and provide SEO recommendations for major events, and support event and news strategy
  • Conduct content audits and technical site audits
  • Perform industry case studies
  • Support content migrations and post-migration analysis & recovery
  • Monitor algorithm updates and establish a process for potential traffic drops
  • Measure performance and share analysis with stakeholders. Propose improvements/alternative approaches.
  • Regularly meet with teams to provide recaps, share new findings, and discuss strategic plans
  • Work with technology and production teams to implement SEO plans
  • Drive the importance of SEO through all areas of the business

Qualifications

  • Experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Deep knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Master Google Analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
