Job Responsibilities

you will be at the forefront of technology changing the world of electric cars and information delivery. You will be responsible for designing innovative, performant solutions to connect electric vehicles to the cloud and deal with complex technical issues arising from high volumes of data streamed globally. You will have a great deal of impact with the solutions you choose. 

Required Skills

  • At least 3-years relevant professional experience in Software Engineering Solid OOP knowledge to create extensible and reusable software components 

  • Experience with modern C++ (11+) 

  • Good understanding of Linux systems 

  • Comfortable with cross-compilers and remote debugging. 

  • Experience with CMake 

  • Some experience with modern embedded systems (e.g. Raspberry Pi) Security awareness and network protocols

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with boost::asio (a definite plus) or another event-driven/asynchronous framework 

  • Knowledge and experience in automotive software and protocols e.g. CAN/LIN/UDS/I2C 

  • Worked with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in the past or applicable coursework 

  • Experience with Cloud platforms

Qualifications 

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field 

  • Ability to work independently and communicate 

  • Open to help with whatever needs to be done
