Senior Race Travel Co-Ordinator

To help deliver against this global vision we are seeking a Senior Race Travel Co-Ordinator, based at our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill.   

Reporting through the Head of Internal Travel you will be responsible for cost effective provision and administration of travel and accommodation services. 

The Role:

  • Production and publication of the travel itinerary (including preparation of the itinerary document and Travel packs with E-Tickets).
  • Completion of the flight manifest including input of passenger details and submission to airlines.
  • Completion of the rooming list including submission of the list to hotels.
  • Booking of all ground transfers both in the UK and overseas.
  • Organise the completion and submission of the subsistence allowances for team members.
  • Check, reconcile and complete the administrative process for all invoices.
  • Ensure all travelling personnel have appropriate and up to date documentation. 
  • Work with the Travel Administrator for the completion and submission of all VISA applications to meet the requirements of each country visited.
  • Ensure that nominated drivers have current international driving licences.

About You

You have:

  • Significant proven experience in the travel or hotel industry.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail. 
  • Good administrative skills with a working knowledge of word and excel.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills. 
  • Current driving license. 
  • Foreign languages would be an advantage. 
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
