Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic Senior Project Associate on our Motorsports account. This person will support Chevrolet’s on-site planning and activation for IndyCar and other racing programs, while owning specific tasks within the team (budget tracking, status reports or process compliance, for example). Client management skills are a must.
Here’s the job
- Provide great client services, making sure that clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
- Use the creative part of your brain to come up with unique approaches to accomplish the goals of the client.
- Flawlessly plan, facilitate, and execute assigned programs/projects
- Management of several vendors and suppliers.
- Support development of event and sponsorship related contracts working with our evaluations team to ensure they are compliant with GM processes and risk management controls.
- Maintain constant communication with the client, providing updates on budgets, status reports, action items and schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to ensure the client is getting the most bang for their buck.
- Strive for flawless delivery of client commitments.
- Contribute to a positive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliver.
- Support Agency objectives relative to this account (and potentially others as assigned).

What we require
- College degree
- 3-4 years’ experience required
- Must be detail-oriented and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong skills in Powerpoint and Excel
- Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
